Tom Stolp - Labour & Education

Tom Stolp

Tom Stolp holds a PhD in economics and is specialized in labor- and behavioral economics.

Tom has been working for SEO since 2019 and is currently conducting research for research group Labor and Education. Among other things, he studies the labor market for temporary workers and examines the effects of specialized education during secondary school.

His research consists of different methods to estimate effects on behavior. On the one side, he analyses naturally occurring data (CBS Microdata and DNB Household Survey) and uses advanced statistical methods to answer policy relevant questions. On the other side, he designs and executes laboratory experiments to disentangle (economic) preferences and behavior.
