The Regulation and Competition section regularly carries out projects for the Dutch departments of Economic Affairs; Finance; Housing, Planning & the Environment; and Agriculture, Nature & Food Quality, as well as for market regulators like the Netherlands Competition Authority (NMa), the Office of Energy Regulation (DTe), the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa) and the Independent Post and Telecommunications Authority (OPTA).

Private sector

We also work for law firms and companies defending cases brought by the above regulators. This gives us a thorough understanding of both sides of competition issues.
We know that confidentiality is vital to effectiveness in many of these cases.
Other clients also include private firms, non-profit organisations and industry organisations.
