Benchmark Study on Airport Charges and Government Levies

In this benchmark study for the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment, SEO has analysed the amounts of airport charges and government levies at Schiphol and ten competing airports. SEO also looked inter alia at tariff differentiations in the airport charges made by the airports under consideration. In addition to total airport charges and government levies based on a standard package of aircraft movements, the results of the analysis show how the above differentiations affect airport charges per turnaround for various types of aircraft, in particular differentiations between O/D and transfer passengers.
