Monitoring Survey of Network Quality and State Guarantees 2016

In this monitoring study, SEO analyses Schiphol’s network quality and compares it with the network quality of competing airports in Western Europe and the Middle East. The study provides insight into the extent to which Schiphol and its competitors are connected with the rest of the world, differentiating between direct and indirect connections. It also sheds light on the quality of Schiphol’s hub function compared with its competitors in terms of hub connectivity: how well are incoming and outgoing flights synchronised?
