Casper de Haes
In 2017, Casper started his bachelor’s degree at University College Utrecht, where he majored in economics and political science. He finished his bachelor’s with an exchange at Sciences Po in Paris. After an internship at the Netherlands Scientific Council for Government Policy, he started his current master’s degree in Economics – Monetary Policy & Banking at the University of Amsterdam. He spent the second half of 2022 on exchange at the Universita Bocconi in Milan, where he studied finance.
As a Student Assistant, he would like to work in academic research as well as economic consultancy. His main interests lie in monetary economics, fiscal policy and empirical methods.
