Cato Veuger

Cato started as a junior researcher in the Labor cluster in September 2025.

Cato obtained both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Econometrics at the University of Groningen. During her studies, she specialized in microeconometrics and gained extensive experience with various econometric analysis methods.

In her thesis, she examined the relationship between study behavior and students’ academic performance, and analyzed the impact of COVID-19 on this relationship to better understand the effects of the transition from in-person to online education. Alongside her studies, she gained experience in consultancy and contributed to several strategic projects.
