Harriët Prins

Harriët Prins is a junior researcher within the Education cluster at SEO Amsterdam Economics.

Harriët studied economics and law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. During her studies she has studied in Sweden for several months, at Örebro University and Umeå University. She followed the master International Economics, during which she wrote her master thesis on different techniques for measuring multidimensional poverty and on the effectiveness of a new method to decompose multidimensional poverty to establish the impact of different factors on multidimensional poverty.

For her law studies, she followed the master Constitutional and Administrative Law at Leiden University. For her master thesis, she conducted research on the enforceability of duties of care in environmental law.
