Mid-term Evaluation of the IMF’s Data for Decisions Fund (D4D)
This mid-term evaluation assessed how the IMF’s multi-donor Data for Decisions (D4D) Fund supported better macroeconomic policy decisions through improved statistics and capacity development. It found that the D4D Fund was well designed and generally effective, but that stronger focus on data use and ownership was needed to enhance the long-term impact of the fund.

Effects of the EU–Mercosur free trade agreement on the Dutch economy
The report assesses the economic impact of the upcoming EU–Mercosur Agreement on the Dutch economy, using SEO’s structural gravity model of international trade. It concludes that the agreement will lead to modest increases in Dutch exports and imports, resulting in small but positive welfare gains. Evaluation of the AGRI3 Fund
The Inclusive Green Growth department (IGG) of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) commissioned SEO Amsterdam Economics to provide evaluation and monitoring support for the AGRI3 Fund. The evaluation team found that the fund's approach and instruments were relevant but identified a need for increased risk-taking and enhanced use of TA to fully realise its ambitious goals for sustainable agriculture and rural development.
