Eline Helder
Eline has been working at SEO as junior researcher within the cluster Finance, Regulation and Governance since October 2024. She has a bachelor in Economics and Business Economics and a master’s in Behavioural Economics from the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
During her bachelor, Eline studied in London for three months and followed a specialization in behavioural and health economics. She wrote her bachelor thesis about the effect of order bias on the results of international gymnastics competitions. During her master, she delved deeper into behavioural economics theories and experiments. She finished this master cum laude with a master thesis about the effects of the menstrual cycle on inequality aversion in women.
Next to her studies, Eline was a teaching assistant for multiple mathematical and statistical courses in her bachelor at the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
