Code of the Dutch Pension Funds 2015

This report includes the compliance and in-depth study of the Code of the Dutch Pension Funds, conducted on behalf of the Monitoring Committee for the Code of the Dutch Pension Funds. Compliance by pension funds on a number of themes was assessed through interviews and a web survey. It was also examined which bottlenecks and good examples can be found in practice.

The study focuses on topics that were singled out in the Monitoring Committee’s compliance report for 2014, namely Mission, vision and strategy; Internal supervision; Internal culture and reporting of complaints and irregularities; Diversity; and Accountability.
