Social costs and benefits of Pantar services
The introduction of the Participation Act (Participatiewet) has put the existing operational management of sheltered employment organizations under pressure. This report describes the costs and benefits of the services provided by sheltered employment organization Pantar. The analysis compares six future scenarios in which Pantar compensates for the outflow of occupationally disabled people in different ways.
