The Decline in the Number of Beneficiaries under the Sheltered Employment Act

The Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment asked SEO Economic Research to re-estimate the decline in the number of beneficiaries under the Sheltered Employment Act for each local authority, based on the latest information. The figures are adjusted for the fact that intake into the scheme under the Act is possible up to the end of 2014. Previously this intake had not been taken into account, consequently the decline in the scheme calculated before was too high.
