Nicolas Schrama
Previously, Nicolas has completed a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Economics at the University of Amsterdam, specialising in monetary policy and the financial sector.
Over the course of this period, he developed a keen interest in complexity economics. Inspired by this field of research, he developed an agent-based model studying the effects of COVID lockdowns on people of different ages for his master thesis. Encouraged by this project, he started a second master’s degree in Computational Science at the University of Amsterdam in 2021. Per the summer of 2022, he became a student-assistent at SEO as a complement to his studies.
