Learn2Work is a employment/education program which serves youth between the ages of 16 and 24 who have no degree or job. The program helps this difficult group to a job or back to school. The research shows that a year after intake in the program more than half of the youth have a job, whereas less than 30% has a job when involved in a regular reintegration program from the municipality. Learn2Work is cheaper than a regular reintegration program. The results of Learn2Work are comparable to other employment/education programs serving high school dropouts. Evaluations of these programs show that they improve job chances, education level, health en reduce criminal behavior.
