Efficiency assessment of power grid investment

TenneT has requested ACM to incorporate the costs of the non-regular expansion investment in the North-East Polder power grid in the rates for 2015 and beyond. These costs are eligible for interim reimbursement via the electricity transport rates insofar as the costs are efficient. Therefore, ACM has asked Movares Nederland B.V. and SEO Amsterdam Economics to assess their efficiency in support of ACM’s judgement. This report presents the results of the efficiency study.
