The labour market position of young tax experts is still good, especially those who have been university-trained, who seem to have been left unscathed by the crisis. The job market for young tax experts has changed, however: the economic crisis has caused a decline in demand from tax consultancy firms. Not much demand can be expected in that area in the next few years either, but this gap is easily filled by the Tax and Customs Administration, which has a substantial need for more tax experts.
